You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. BingkaiBet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Account Sharing: Your Account is personal to you and must not be shared with, or accessed by, any other person. BingkaiBet will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
BingkaiBet applies KYC verification procedures to all Accounts. Before any withdrawal is processed, and at the Operator's discretion at any other time, you may be required to provide: a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a verification selfie. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of your Account and the witholding of pending withdrawal requests.
BingkaiBet accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and selected cryptocurrency options. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) for Malaysian players unless otherwise specified.
Currency Note: All Account balances are maintained in MYR. Where a deposit is made in a different currency, a conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and the absence of any active security flags on the Account.

Upon detection of Bonus Abuse, BingkaiBet reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winings, and to suspend the implicated Account(s).
